We so love the 9.5" Red Fry Pan, having purchased two for ourselves and two as gifts. When we saw this 11" pan on Amazon we jumped at getting it. Just like the smaller pan, you can cook anything in this sturdy all purpose fry pan/dutch oven. We've made pasta, soup, stir fry veggies, pancakes, grilled eggplant, blackened tofu, and more. We've toasted opened sub sandwich rolls in the pan on low over a gas burner, which really adds a nice touch. We've re-freshened 2 day old bagels and donuts in the covered pan on low over a gas burner. We are constantly finding new uses for this pan in our kitchen. And, just like its little brother, this larger pan cleans with a swish of hot water and soapy sponge no matter what you make in it. The one negative, they didn't make enough of these super babies. Just when we came to buy one for a wedding present, Amazon and everybody else has run out of them. So, it you find one -- buy it. We don't think you'll be sorry.

This was great when we had an electric stove, and then we moved in the range is the gas and the handle is burning

I am disappointed with this pan! The nonstick is nowhere to be found. I tried to fry eggs and they stuck ! I tried a hot pan not good I tried a cooler pan and the egg stuck! I everything I have tried and not a good result. I have other nonstick pans and they work a lot better than this pan! Very disappointed

This pan is outstanding! Evenly heats and cooks thoroughly.
