Bad product: plastic off center
I don't know if its just bad production of this foot, but this foot doesn't align center with your needle. It was off center so bad that I thought it was going to hit my needle and break my needle each time my embroidery started on my machine going down in to the hole. I went back online and reordered a "different" company foot and had no problem with that one. I would love to get my money back and resend the foot but window of opportunity has gone. Wondering if others had the same problem with center hole/needle position?

the fit for my machine
I already had one of these, but it was not working correctly - the little metal pin in the side had slipped out and I could not get it to go back in. So that made the embroidery off center. My dealer wanted $40+ for new one. So I ordered this one at a much lower price. It is exactly like the one I already had. Works beautifully in my Viking Designer machine.

I use my embroidery machines every day and this foot is perfect!
Ok I have no clue what all the negative reviews are about. I was hesitant to buy this foot! I am SO GLAD I DID! I have a Designer Diamond, Designer Topaz 50 and a designer Jade 35. This foot will work on the big gals, the diamond and the topaz- It will not work on my Jade 35 i don't think. I don't know for sure- that one came with a good foot. But my Diamond was a preowned machine and came with presser foot r. if you have a diamond and foot R, you know how hard it is to change thread colors during stitch outs- its a total pain. With sensor q foot it raises just the right amount to be able to thread the needle using the needle threader.*This is important I think... If you have a DEsigner topaz 50 or a Designer diamond- There is a setting in your embroidery settings menu- it is a presser foot setting, you have to select that to be able to use the sensor q foot properly. I only know because I bought the q foot for my Topaz 50 at my local sewing gallery like a year ago, but since my husband no loonger has a job and my little business is our only income... I really could not afford another $45 foot for my diamond. This is the same exact thing, almost... This cheapy squeaks lol. The authentic one never squeaked. But thats all. Other than that it exactly the same. I even tried machine oil- did nothing. Oh well. Still $12 vs. $45

Worked great until it broke
It fairness it was heavily used on embroidery machine for 2 months. The squiggly part on the top snapped off as I was putting it back on the machine.
