THORNE Selenium - 200 mcg Selenium Supplement for Antioxidant Support* - 60 Capsules

I decided to add Thorne Selenium to my daily route for GI and immune support. I researched selenium can support the intestinal lining. I suffer from IBD so I decided to give it a try. Selenium is usually added to multivitamins but I stopped taking a multivitamin years ago. I do not know if the additional of this product was beneficial but it certainly did not hurt. Thorne is a brand I trust for it's quality supplements and ingredients.

expert suggested I got this and I’m really glad I did. I used to take them ages ago and now I do again. I can’t say that I notice the difference - but once you educate yourself, it’s important to have this. This brand is excellent.

I suffer with Hypothyroidism. I purchased this selenium to help me with brain fog and possibly energy. After about two weeks of taking this product, I began to notice a small change. Small, but big enough to be noticed. It was truly helping me gain mental clarity and gave me an increase in energy. It only got better after the week passed. Then, I ran out and I decided to see what would happen once I stopped. Slowly, as time went by I began to decline as to where I was before. As to be expected...So, all-in-all I am very pleased with this product. It worked better than any other selenium I've tried.I gave this review a four because of the smell. The smell (for me) was very nauseating. Even after taking it, I could taste and smell it. Especially, if I burped. I can't describe the smell. My daughter says it smells like sneezes. Still, it wasn't something that would deter me from purchasing it again.I hope this review is helpful!
