They are sharp, they cut well, they are light weight and do well in dishwasher.

I bought this set of knives to replace my dull steak knives that I had for over 20 years. The blades are very sharp, the handle is made of good quality aluminum. I used them to cut some pork bbq ribs and they cut right through them. Great set of knives.

The media could not be loaded.  Knives are put together poorly with gaps on the base of the handle(see photo). Most of them now wiggle after a few weeks after purchase. Knives come with a "dry promptly" sticker, which for being 'stainless' is telling of the quality. If you let them sit in the sink with food on them they will start to rust after an hour. Dont even think about using the dishwasher. Even with washing immediately and drying the poor construction on the base of the handle holds water. After shaking it out and towel trying, it will continue to leak water- causing more rust. Cutting sharpness was decent, wasn't expecting the best, we just wanted some non-serrated steak knifes. They looked decent and matched my knife set which is why we chose these. In my opinion look elsewhere.

Purchased for a gift. Whether setting a table for a formal affair or using steak knives for a BBQ, this set fits in any situation. Elegant and sturdy. I may have to pickup a set for myself.

I got these because they looked like they would have a good weight to them. They are rather flimsy. The handle is not solid which makes the knife really light. Water also gets stuck in the handle after washing them.

Very sharp. I wish the knife was heavier...it looks heavy, but it's actually very light. Otherwise, very happy with it.

Everyday steak night that can be sharpened with your sharpening tool.It says not to use in dishwasher but I have no problem cleaning them with the dishwasher.Not bad for 20 bucks for a set of eight.

I these are stainless, then why must you hand wash and dry immediately after use? I wanted steak knives, not a bathe and dry schedule. They are light but the handles retain water meaning they are no sealed. Poor quality compared to my other fabreware.
