I sent back this man's bracelet because it was too big for my Fiance's hand. It's been almost one year, I didn't receive the $60 refund.

This is a nice heavy bracelet. it is not a cheap hollow form, but a nice solid bracelet. I eventually had to put their lifetime guarantee to the test and they passed with the preverbal flying colors. The clasp broke on it and I finally got around to contacting the seller. I explained what happened and he apologized for the broken clasp. They sent a brand new bracelet to me in a matter of less than 3 days at no charge to me. I truly do highly recommend purchasing from Lifetime Jewelry.

This is great quality and worth the money. Customer service is great ordered the wrong size. Had it for more than 60 days due to waiting for a birthday for my Son. They responded quickly to my dilemma and resolved my issue within a couple of days. Best company ever!!!!!

Way to big for my wrist and looks extremely cheap I don't believe it's plated it looks fake.
