I ordered this for my child's Halloween costume. I added a few stickers to customize it a bit more for her costume. My child is 2 years old, head is on the smaller side, so it was a bit big on her but it was ok. She loved wearing it around and refused to put up the visor because the tint was a whole new experience for her!I understand the whole issue of its assembly. I need my husband to help snap the pieces together. And even with his help, there is still a bit of a gap but we don't mind since it's just a toy/costume.

I got this for my little niece, who is currently scared of it because idk 3 year olds don’t always need to be understood, but I’m sure she’ll grow to love it and play aliens and astronauts. I put it together in about 3 minutes. I’m not sure why it has proved so difficult for others to assemble it. I mentally prepared myself for a long evening of struggle, grief, and feelings of inferiority. I instead was quickly victorious in assembling and while I considered “am I … better than everyone?” I know that indeed I am not and perhaps the makers of the product have made small adjustments or God and the universe were smiling upon me that evening. I’ve spent more for less. Not mad at it. The visor does pop off when moved up and down sometimes, but very easy to pop back in. I also feel like it’s not far fetched that my nieces and nephew will end up in space some day, so not bad to get the ball rolling in the space gear department.

I received it just now...it was a little broken, difficult to assemble...but I couldn't return it, because my son has his Halloween party tomorrow, so no choice....I don't recommend it, because it's not cheap and the quality is not up to par
