This is exactly what I need for sitting long hours on a wooden chair (playing cards)! No more sciatic pain or leg cramps. It fits nicely and stays put.

GAME CHANGER! I work from home so I am sitting most of the day at my computer. I tried the "ergonomic" cushions that are split and they just didn't work for me. They felt weird to sit on and smooshed down quickly. This is amazing! Firm, but not too firm. Soft, but not too soft. VERY comfortable! I wish I had found this sooner!!

Without having tried any other pads I can't go 5 stars here. I was at first a little worried when this arrived and I saw how the packaging had the pad restricted down to a cylinder size. And when I removed the packaging, it took quite a few hours for the pad thickness to come back. But it does now recover quickly after I get up from it. When sitting on it the padding does provide some comfort and support on the sides that are not compressed as much. And I do weigh 180lbs. I just feels like it's not much (if) over 1" thick when sitting on it.

Comfortable, effective cushion. We use ours for sitting through back to back basketball games. It really helps take the edge off those hard gym seats!

A tapered front would be more comfortable. I use it in the car so I can slide in and out more easily. Of course, in a crash I would slide all over.

Much better than memory foam. nice and soft very comfortable.I have them everywhere.

Got this for my work chair. I use it 9 hrs a day after over 6 months still holds up, keeps it shape and still looks like new. Really helped with the sore backside.
