From deafening decibels to sublime silence.
I work and live in a loud environment. Since buying and using these, I've slept better and performed better the following day than I have in years. Each pair lasts me two weeks, so the value for these plugs is even better. Just one thing to advise: Squish the plugs between your forefinger and thumb, and then roll them so they're as compact as possible. Aim it at your ear canal with one hand, and with the other, pull your ear away from you head , about centimeters. That actually expands your ear canal more, so the plugs will go in deeply (this is perfectly safe, by the way). Then let go of your ear, and you can feel the foam plugs expand to the contours of your ear canal. Soon, all sound will cease to exist. Trust me: the benefits of these foam plugs are amazing.

Must haves for travel sleeping
By far the best for blocking out noise of all the foam plugs I have tried. I use them for sleep when I travel. They last quite a few uses before getting to stiff or crusty. They are a little firm, but bearable after you get used to them.

Great for the price
Comfortable and work really well! My only complaint is that some of them are really hard therefore they do not work. They just fall right out of your ear. A few defective pairs in the pack. But otherwise a good product

Better than 3 M Classic
I have been purchasing 3M Classic foam earplugs for years and was about to order more until one of the reviews said they are making them shorter. What? I decided to try the Moldex Pura-Fit, and to my surprise, they are far superior to 3M foam earplugs. Sorry, 3M, but I'm through with you. The Moldex Pura-Fit earplugs really do cut out the noise. In fact, when I have them in and am using the vacuum cleaner, I can hardly hear it!

Best disposable ear plugs on the market
I've used the Moldex 6800 for years and finally decided to purchase a whole bag. I use them on international airplane trips (to sleep), at home (when the kids are noisy), and working (in the laboratory or using lawn equipment). Best foam earplugs made, IMHO. When they expand, they fill irregular gaps while not exerting expansion pressure on the ear canal. I can wear these for hours without getting sore. Other foam earplugs exert an expansion pressure on the ear canal and it gets sore. These don't.My ear canal has a bend, which makes shaping the earplug prior to insertion important. These earplugs shape easily and gives me a couple seconds to get them in place before expansion ruins the attempt. I rarely need to try twice to get a proper seal.

Comfortable
Wear them every night. Very comfortable and helpful with noise reduction.

Disappointing
Given all of the positive reviews, I thought these ear plugs would work well, but they are not as effective as they should be. I have used other earplugs in the past that were far better.

No More Sleepless Nights
These are the best earplugs I've found so far for sleeping with a snoring partner. They are soft and pliable while offering superior noise suppression to anything else I've tried. One downside is that they don't seem to last as long as other types I've tried, but I'm willing to buy these more frequently because they're so good.
