Like a lot of my fellow baby boomers, I tend to look all over for my glasses, Only to find out they are sitting right on the top of my head. And don’t even start about not being able to remember where I left my cell phone.So I’ve started taking supplements that will help my brain stay healthy and, well, working!I wish I had started taking them long ago but it seems like it’s only been recently that supplements for memory have become more popular. I think these will be helpful for anyone that needs to focus and improve memory.For example, students or people that have difficulty multitasking.Contains enzymes and probiotics.The bottle is a cobalt glass. I really appreciate it when supplements are in glass bottles.I believe that these have helped with my distraction issues as well.

The media could not be loaded. Friska seems to send their products in sturdy tube boxes. These are cardboard and very sturdy. Mostly reusable. This box has an "inner ring" to protect the glass bottle. These capsules are a great way to boost the performance of both your GI tract and cognitive performance. I appreciate getting both benefits from one small, easy-to-swallow capsule. You take them right after a meal, up to 3 a day. I limit myself to one a day to make the bottle to last a month. Otherwise it can get fairly pricy.I use other FR!SKA products and have come to trust their quality and performance. Focus Boost is no exception. It comes attractively packaged so it could even make a nice gift for someone into supplements. It is hard to tell, but I do think I'm sharper and more clear-headed, and I've had no digestive issues thanks to the enzymes and probiotics.Made in the USA~ Kort

I did not find this Friska product to assist with memory or attention. Sometimes I find it hard to focus during the day and I thought this Focus Boost supplement could help, but it didn’t seem to do anything for me. $25 for a 30 day supply is pretty steep. The directions state you can actually take it up to 3x a day which would only leave you with a 10 days supply.I usually take citicoline for focus and pay $35 for a 5 month supply. I also take probiotics and pay $32 for an 8 month supply. If you work that math out, that’s around $11 a month for a supplement that helps me focus and has a probiotic.I tried and liked Friska collagen a lot so I had high hopes for this product, but it just didn’t work for me. If you’re on the hunt for the best product for you then it’s probably worth a shot, but I recommend citicoline instead.This comes in a glass bottle with a plastic securing the cap and a seal on the bottle itself. The green container is ripped though.

Here lately I’ve been a bit foggy.I’ve been trying to limit caffeine, carbs and sugar intake.It’s easier said than done.I’ve added these into my morning routine, hoping for the said benefits.So far I think it’s helping some.I’ve been feeling better and lighter.Perhaps, it’s from eating better, but I’m also optimistic that these have been helping as well. I believe they have.Easy to swallow and also love the secure packaging.
