Q: This says dark finish. would that mean it's dark cocoa powder? i usually use hershey's special dark cocoa powder for my dark chocolate cakes.

What I recall ias that it was 100% cocoa. It did not have anything added to make it dark chocolate or semi-sweet or any other kind of chocolate. I used in recipes that called for 100%-whole cocoa. I found that for my purposes it was excellent. have to add that is organic/it's perfect for what I need.ut it is not dark chocolate.

Q: Has anyone tried making chocolate bars out of this? I can’t seem to temper this like I can temper cacao powder

I use it for chocolate smoothies and it is very good for that purpose. I believe it would be excellent for chocolate bars also.
