Product is fantastic but base quality could have been better. It can be used for all normal stuff but u may lose sound quality, because it has limitations. Battery is good though with fast charging.

I’m generally not fond of neckbands, because of their size and looks. But, the tws earbuds have very little service time between charging. I’ve Samsung Galaxy Buds Live, Soundcore Liberty Air 2, Nothing ear 2 and quite a few others. Nothing Ear 2 lasts the least between charges. The others last about 4 hours at best. Galaxy live and Nothing Ear 2 have very good sound quality for music. But I’ve not found them good on calls. When I sit under a fan while calling, the listener at the other end of the call finds it hard to understand with these expensive buds, in spite of all their claims of clear calling. Therefore, I have been constantly on the search for a good Bluetooth calling device, with good call quality and long lasting battery life. That’s when I stumbled upon Boat Rockers 330 Pro with a few good reviews on call quality and battery life. Here are my impressions after week of personal experience:Pros:1. Sound quality - Amazing for the price. It almost compares with my Nothing Ear 2. I’m happy with all the range of frequencies.2. Volume - To start with, I was skeptic about the volume since it has only 10 mm drivers. To my surprise it has a great volume range. Even at 50 to 60% of volume is loud enough. There is no distortion at 80% of volume also. I didn’t try higher volumes because it was too loud.3. Battery - It is amazing, indeed. At the end of one week of extensive usage the battery still is at 30%.4. Call quality- Did I say the battery is amazing; The call quality is amazing too. It is very clear at both ends of the call. Even when I sat under a full speed ceiling fan when on call, the receiver experienced no difficulty at all while Nothing Ear 2 and my other expensive earbuds failed. I didn’t try the neckband outdoors since I feel odd to sport a dangling device when in public view.5. Comfort - Its a personal experience varying from individual to individual. The midsize silicone buds didn’t cause any discomfort even on extended usage.6. Dual device pairing is a great feature and works very well.Cons:1. Lack of auto disconnection. Unless you manually switch off the buds, it remains on. Magnetic attachment of the buds provides only freedom from entanglement. Some buds go off if they are not in use for 10 mts. Nothing of that sort works here.2. It doesn’t auto pause media upon removal from ears.Still it’s great!

It's not working...all lights stopped in a week time

It's an amazing product. Battery health is too good. It's fit for my ears. And easy to use.

Pros :1. Value for money2. Perform okay for day to day usage3. Battery lasts for 3-4 daysCons :1. Even though the device comes with Type C charging, the charging port is not universal (it used to be universal type c earlier in rockerz 255 pro). You cannot charge the earphones with any other charger or cable, you have to use the useless cable which came in the box.2. These new model of earphones are not comfortable, if you use the earphones without the outer plugs they keep falling out of ear and if you use them with outer plugs you will have pain in the ear.

Good product and good customer service

Only short music comes in both time on and pff you gets confused between both other wise all good material, quality, sound all good
