An amazing straightener. The straightener has a few different heat levels, reaching 450 degrees. It straightens hair easy and very efficiently. It was super easy to use on my wavy, thick hair and it glided super smooth.

I bought this hair straightener so I could straighten my own hair. The straightener reaches the stated temperature of 450° and manages to straighten thick hair, leaving it very straight, shiny, and with lasting results.

I’d like to give it a 3.5 but I can’t. I have long thick wavy hair/curly hair. I have two other straighteners - Remington and my good bionic one (which is dual voltage, excellent but $$). I love the wavy talk thermal brush; and I even got a blow dryer- which is flimsy but you know it gets the job done. I was looking for a straightener for international travel which was less $$ than my bionic one. I just used this on dry hair. A few things which the other reviews also shared so I will reiterate. 1) It heats up very quickly and the plates get hot -makes it more challenging to hold or put down the other flat irons I have. I almost dropped it a few times as a result. If it came with a glove maybe that would be better. I do wish the cord was longer as well. 2) the hair is comparable to my pricey hair straighter, so it is good value for money 3) feels a little heavier 4) do not save me time it took me actually 10-12 minutes longer than other tools because the plates get so hot but holding the handle was more awkward combined with the shorter chord. It’s annoying for sure 5) the plates don’t come together as easily you have to press on it bring them closer for a smooth pass. Someone else mentioned this as well. I feel like this resulted in more of my hair snagging. 6) the blue is okay- it’s not my fav color but again was more interested in quality. 7) it’s a smaller size iron but not too thin which I had hoped would make ironing faster. It didn’t at least in first try Overall I’m still on the fence. The hair looks smooth and sleek. But the way the plates are make it a little annoying to use.

This is a great straightener for the price. It made my hair stick straight, as if I got my hair keratin treated. I have a more expensive straightener from T3 that I love, but this one is better. It heats up very fast and does not burn your hair. I really like how big the straightener is as you can straighten more hair at once. However, you should know that you can not use this on wet hair as it claims. It does not dry your hair. I tried it and had to blow dry my hair first.

Heats up quickly, smoothes in a few passes and leaves hair soft and shiny. Very comfortable to use and excellent quality for the price. Recommended.
