Great value
Very comfortable good quality, zip off washable cover is a bonus. Used for support when had a trapped nerve in my neck, but will also use for travel.

Too rigid, very disappointing
Too rigid and uncomfortable and the shape is such that it catches just behind the ear. Definitely can’t use if you are using large headphones.
