Quick adaptor to add to your angle grinder. It's a great little tool and amazingly effective at grinding away old tile adhesive left on the floor boards when I took up the old ceramic tiles. Must be used with a decent industrial vacuum cleaner otherwise you will be covered in fine dust as I discovered when the hose fell off. The sliding cowl allows you access to edges but be warned this exposes the blade and dust migrates more easily. I'd also recommend wearing a decent dust mask when using this.

Used this when i needed to grind down the floor in preparation for tiling in the bathroom after trying several options to reduce dust I brought this. Only wish I had done that first. This works perfectly and just hooked it up to my Henry Hover. 5 Stars

For what you are paying for this is a great bit of kit. I found it a little tricky to get securely fastened to the grinder, but once attached it does the job, very little dust and the disc wasn't bad either. Can't complain!

Bought this to remove 3 square metres of thinset tile adhesive from a concrete floor. Bit of a struggle to get it atteched to the grinder. Started well but after a sq metre or so started to fall to bits. Thr bolts/ rivets holding the shroud to the clamping bracket came loose fell out as I worked, causing vibration that accelerated the device failing and the dust collection deteriorated. I have given up, with a third of the room left, before it hits the wheel and explodes.If your job will take 30 minutes or so, maybe OK, otherwise avoid.I wanted a should for just this one job and it failed. Buy cheap, buy twice.

I spent 2 days of my bank holiday unable to hire a floor grinder,(industrial one) and using and sds drill with chisel on trying to remove 22sqm of tile adhesive, feeling like no progress was happening, rattled through from drill vibrations.I looked online for alternative solutions as unable to get tool hire as bank holiday. So I amazon primed this little beauty.Looking at it if looks quite cheap! But it’s actually quite robust. I fitted it to my mains powered grinder as I figured it would chew through cordless batteries.I connected it to my old vax hoover and went to work.I wish I had this sooner, I was removing all in its path and leaving a relatively smooth floor. Sure it was dusty even with the hoover attached (you’ll be suprised how many times the hoover needed emptying too).But I’m only a couple of hours my floor was ready to patch up the divots I made removing the tiles.
