I've been waxing for a while now but no product, not even medicated after-shave/wax cream would get the redness away entirely. I was always still red and had some bumps the next day and even some redness still the day after that. I used this last night and the redness and irritation looked way better before I even went to bed, and today I have zero redness or bumps.It also feels great, very cool and smoothing after the wax. As others have said, the pump on the bottle is awful. I did get mine to work by unscrewing it and just having the tube part-way in the bottle and pumped several times. So now it does work but it still only shoots out a small amount with each pump. But for a smooth, red-free face, the pump doesn't bother me.

I bought this because I have body wax at home. I am allergic to mosquito bites, it's called skeeter syndrome. My legs got eaten alive and I lost sleep and have trouble sleeping due to scratching all the time which is worse at night. I tried everything to make myself not feel so bad and nothing has worked. I applied this product even thought it's for post wax treatment and my legs don't itch anymore. Within about a minute I felt relief. Aloe is good for sunburns also and has soothing effects so I thought might as well try it on my mosquito bites what do I got to loose.

The product itself is nice but the pump doesn't work at all.

Absolutely AWESOME for avoiding the itchy, red, post-waxing bumps! I've tried Nair- like creams and bleaching to avoid the bumps, but those are messy and also cause some level of irritation. I'm throwing them all away and sticking (Haha no pun originally intended!) with my Nad's strips, now that I know this gel keeps the itchy, red bumps away! YAAAY!! I'm very excited!Update: 5/1/20:I'm still very happy with this product! The trick to avoiding the bumps is to reapply whenever you feel an itch that you just know is gonna result in the bumps.

I use this after I shave and it really helps calm down my skin and also helped my sunburn when I was on vacation.
