Love this hoof mud. It sticks to the frog very well and seems to stay on the hoof for several days. I have a horse that is prone to thrush and this really helps to clear it up fast. It has a very pleasant smell and is easy to apply. Have ordered many times.

I love this stuff! I was dealing with a nasty bout of thrush and it healed it right up. It's super pricey for the amount you get and only something I'd use on more extreme thrush cases. Unfortunately it did turn rock hard and un usable after a few weeks of sitting.

My husband is a farrier and uses this on all his horses that have thrush. The smell is very aromatic with essential oils. Easy to apply and function-able. 100% worth the purchase. Better than thrush buster. Doesn’t come out of the hood after applying- sticks well.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical when my new farrier told me to try this product, but honestly it’s pretty life changing! My mare doesn’t have the best feet and had some deep sulcus thrush between her heels. Picking her feet and packing with artimud daily (or every other day) helped clear it up within a couple weeks, and I could see and feel the improvement quickly. For us the product stayed mostly packed in there for 2 days. It smells wonderful, the clay is formable and not overly messy, and I’m happy it’s more “natural” and promotes a healthier hoof over some of the more chemical-based hoof treatments out there. Will definitely recommend this to others and be a repeat buyer!

My farrier recommends this stuff to all of her clients and encouraged me to purchase some to help me clear up the thrush I’ve been battling with off and on all winter in my horses hooves. Needless to say, this stuff WORKS. The thrush was completely gone in a matter of days and it hasn’t come back. The traditional liquid thrush treatments would always run off of the hoof quickly and did nothing to actually prevent the thrush from reoccurring whereas this stuff stays on long enough to kill everything and it acts as a barrier to keep stuff out afterwards. I apply this to the grooves of his hooves and any little nooks and crannies where mud and manure like to sit before he goes into anywhere muddy or wet (like winter turnout). Additionally, since this stuff is anti microbial, I also put this stuff on his hoof where my farrier had accidentally nicked him. I was originally hesitant about the price of this stuff but a little bit goes a long ways and it can actually last a while so you’re not constantly reapplying it. Overall I’d highly recommend this stuff and would buy again.

This was recommended by my barefoot trimmer. It is great stuff but I find it very hard to apply to the hoof. The best way is just with your bare hands but it does make a mess.

Mein Pferd hatte ziemlich tief die Strahlfäule sitzen. Insgesamt habe ich die Paste 2 Wochen lang täglich benutzt. Danach wurde die Furche besser. Nach den 2 Wochen wurde die Paste jeden 2 Tag verwendet. Insgesamt haben wir so ca. 4 Wochen gebraucht, bis wir damit durch waren. Ich würde sie immer wieder kaufen! Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt: es hat ziemlich lange gedauert, bis das Paket bei mir ankam.
