Bushnell Fernglas 8x42 H2O - wasserdicht, extrem robust, für Segeln, besonders guter Halt, trotzt jedem Wetter, 158042

First of all,excuse me my english,i am from eastern Europe and is for the first time when i’m writing a review to something,but i have to do this because i’m to glad for my purchase. I consider myself a regular man who love to look thru binocular ( it hapened this since i was kid,now i’m 52 years old ; but in my country,a wise guy said thats the first love you’ll never forget ). Considering that,during the time i had a lot of binocular,different brands and different magnification. At the magnification,i decided that for my needs ( birding,hiking or just look at the nature from my terasse ) best is 8x,because,after that my hands starts to shake. The other lents,ocular,is 42,because you receive enough light,for a normal use. But most important,in my opinion,is the eye relief,wich have to be at least 17 mm,for a guy who dont were eyeglasses. Also,if the binocular is very lightweight,my hands are shaking,or,if is to heavy,you cant stay for a longer period at your eyes. Like brands,i had Nikon,Zeiss,Minox,Celestron,Kowa,Bushnell,Bresser and maybe more,but i’m not remember now everything. But believe me,THE BEST BINOCULAR MONEY CAN BUY IS BUSHNELL H2O 8x42 ! For less than 100 $ you’ll get a HD optics,a very accurate focus mechanism,a very good balanced body with a solid impression of durability ! I had before four Bushnell binocular,wich also were very good product,but,at that time the quality control i think that was not so good. But now,its a totaly different thing,you’ll think that are made in Germany. YOU DONT HAVE TO SPEND A LOT OF MONEY FOR AN ALPHA BINOCULAR,IT IS ENOUGH TO GO IN A SPORT STORE AND TO TRY ONCE THIS BINOCULAR. THAN YOU’LL SEE THAT I HAD RIGHT - A PERFECT OPTIC IN A PERFECT BODY ! I’ll give them six stars,if it was possible. Very good job Bushnell ! PS : This is the opinion of a normal guy,without no interest to point at others brands - to be honest,i was Nikon fan untill now. I wish every birder a clean sky.

La calidad de los materiales está por encima de los otros binoculares con precios cercanos. La imagen es muy nítida y cumple con las especificaciones 10X25. Muy buena inversión para aficionados, niños y para eventos deportivos. Vale la pena invertir un poco más para tener un producto de mejor calidad.

Buscaba unos prismáticos que fueran compactos y luminosos. Además tenían que estar protegidos contra la humedad para que no criaran hongos las lentes. Estos cumplen mis espectativas, con una calidad de imagen muy buena y a un precio muy asequible. Viene con funda y tapas que se sujetan al prismático, algo muy práctico para no perderlas. No puedo opinar del resultado porque los acabo de comprar, pero transmiten robustez .

As with any purchase, this review specifically addresses my needs when I was looking for binoculars. What I wanted was something small/portable (pocket if need be), waterproof, fogproof, rugged, camo/rubber, with clear view and reasonable magnification (10x25) without introducing too much shake at a reasonable cost. These fit perfectly and were 50% less cost than similar items from other brands, with no observable quality issues. I’m military and while you can spend a LOT more to get larger field of view, these serve almost any civilian purpose I can think of and are reasonably priced. I highly recommend. The zoom/lens adjustment was a bit tight at first, thought it might be broken, but after forcing it I think it was just first-time-use breaking in as now its smooth sailing.

very compact and handy set of binoculars, we love the sturdyness and viewing quality. military / hunter look is a matter of taste.
