Great little saw chopped up a tree in my garden in no time at all well worth the money

Initially I received a chainsaw that had a bit of a leak and did not cut very well. However, after reporting this to the seller, they promptly sent me a replacement. It appears that the first product was faulty. Excellent customer service and definitely recommend as prompt to deal with my concerns. The chainsaw is good for cutting branches or smaller logs - don't expect it to cut a tree trunk! Very handy in the garden.

I have never used a chainsaw before so I cannot make a comparison, but this chainsaw worked very well for me, and easier to use than I thought it would be. I'm glad I went for 8" rather than the shorter 4 or 6 inch.

I opened up the package and all looked good. Plugged the battery in to charge and it already showed a full charge. So far so good. Started cut of first small log and chain loosened and wouldn't cut. Followed instructions in booklet and tensioned chain. Tried again, loosened again. Re-tensioned and this time motor ran and chain didn't rotate. The only other options in the faults section suggested damaged guard or other parts but given this was straight out of the box and not used, I decided to return the item for a refund. Having read other reviews where some folks managed to get working items and others received faulty items I would suggest you are taking a gamble with ordering this saw. I wouldn't take the risk.

Proper boy's toy. Don't usually write reviews but this chainsaw is the real deal. Recent weather meant the missus wanted the woodburner firing up (August 1), a new record. So, with happy wife happy life in mind, it was off to the wood shed with my new toy. Suffice to say I had a pile of wood and logs in no time at all, like proverbial hot knife through butter. Spare chain, oil included, what's not to like 👍. Obviously not for the big stuff but just the job for woodburner lovers. Simply superb. Even impressed the good lady - happy days.

this hychika saw has broken , will not operate can you replace this item with another one same model thanks

A great addition to the garden tool, compact size packs a lot of cutting power. made my log cutting so much easier and faster I prefer a smaller hand tool over a full-size chainsaw is due to the fact its simplicity and easy to store feature, whereas a full-size chainsaw can be fairly difficult to manoeuvre (forgot to take a vid during the log cutting action, so I have used a board to show how easy it is to use) on this Mini chainsaw, There is a safety guard on the upper side above the saw. when using, make 100% sure the chain is tight, the hexagonal tool is supplied in the packaging, along with some oil and a spare chain. (as I have a bottle of my own Oregon chainsaw oil, I just used my own, but having those extra bits included is definitely a plus) A massive 4AH battery that came with the saw, during continuous cutting, I managed to get about 45mins out of it. recharging taking approx 1 hour. when the winter is over I'd definitely be using it more for gardening and other small home DYI projects.

Its a nice little tool, but oil is leaking from the tank. I have tried to get a response from the seller without success
