Beware : it can't be installed on 2 inches thick countertops without an extension that has to be bought separately and that is hard to find (and very expensive for a small piece of plastic). Disappointing for such an expensive soap dispenser.

Need too much force to operate the pump.Soap come out sideways.

The pump works well but the short height makes pumping soap into a cloth or sponge a bit tight.
