The Orient World Map was first released in 1969 and got its name from the map that was illustrated on the dial. As with the rest of the Revival Collection, Orient got as close to a 1:1 reproduction as it could. This Revival model features the map on the dial, the inner rotating bezel, fluted outer bezel, and day and date functionality, and polished cushion case.

Beautiful revival of 1969 Orient world map watch.
Very limited edition, just 1200 total, 300 for the Japan market and 900 for international buyers. The watch is a beauty and the world time keeping feature is easy to use and works well. A lovely addition to my simple affordable watch collection. Very pleased with this Amazon purchase.
