5-6M shoe and the small petite fits pretty well. For my size
I am a physical therapist and use these socks prophylactically for air travel on flights 4 hours or longer. I also use them occasionally when standing all day for 10-14 hours, to lessen foot fatigue. I am 5'2", 110 lbs 5.5-6M shoe and the small petite fits pretty well. For my size, I feel they could still be 1/2-1 inch shorter for perfect fit but they are better fitting than the regular length. I have tried and seen many brands of compression socks and regularly use them in patient care. The Jobst brand is high quality and reliable but more expensive. If you take care of any of the brands of compression socks by hand washing (or at very least wash in lingerie bag on gentle cycle) and air drying, they will a last much longer.

A return customer for socks that bring comfort!
I started wearing Jobst when I had some vein work done in 2011. These were recommended to wear during recovery by my doctor. My first two pair were covered by my insurance at that time. The way my legs felt while wearing them was a deciding factor on continuing to wear past my legs healing. I wear them with regular socks during the months I wear slacks and jeans. While I love summer shorts and flip flops it is always a relief to return to these Jobst socks in the fall. I was thrilled to find the exact same style as was originally prescribed by the surgeon. (I had saved the box😁). Since I wear these every day fall through early spring I have several pairs. I find these have held up very well and the price is far better than I have found elsewhere. These compression socks (20-30mm/hg) stay up on my legs, though my legs are slender. Please note that because they are compression support socks, you do have to develop a method of putting them on and removing. Do I like having to wear something like this...nope! But my activities would be much more limited if I did not wear them. So I do!!!Very quick delivery if in stock and again good price. I'm going to order a pair for my husband for Christmas as his legs are giving him some ache issues.

Poor Fit
Unfortunately, these knee high Jobst UltraSheer compression stockings (Medium 20-30 mmHg) do Not fit the same as the Jobst Opaque compression stockings in the same size, same compression, and same style. They are too Tight at the top of the stocking. My legs are Thin and I am unable to wear these stockings without discomfort and/or eventual pain.

comfortable and breathable
My newest Jobst knee-hi support hose (20-30) are a more comfortable fabric blend than the older style. When I first took them out of the package, I was afraid I would have difficulty pulling them on. No more so than before. The support is good, but never feels tight. The foot is long enough for my size-10 foot. Although I am 5'7" I find that they are a bit long, coming onto the knee cap. If it weren't for that, I would give them a 5-star rating.

Pricey but worth it...love these
Very difficult finding petite sizes that are comfortable where every feature is an added plus...1. stays in place--hated having to constantly pull up2. toe area not too constricted or had bunching excess material--made wearing shoes uncomfortable3. soft, silky and sheer--great when wearing slacks4. calf and foot lengths--a perfect fit!

Recommended to me by a vascular surgeon
A vascular surgery office was offering free vein screenings. I work 12 hours shifts and often have throbbing pain in my legs, so I stopped by for advice. I explained to them that I've tried compression socks before, but found them too hot and itchy. I was told to try these. I ABSOLUTELY 200% SEE WHY. You will not find a more comfortable compression sock. Please do yourself a favor and spend the money. You will end up spending more in the long run trying to find socks as comfortable as these.

Not the best compression
Not the best compression. The fit was fine, but it didn’t quite provide the level of support I was expecting. If you’re looking for medical strength/strong compression, this may not be the right option.
