Right cover, wrong content
The media could not be loaded. The cover is right, but the book inside is not a cookbook at all. I’m very disappointed with Amazon. I’m sending back.

Honestly, overall I am disappointed with this book. Page 16/17 has tables shaded in grey with black writing. Some are so dark grey that I cannot make out the writing at all.There are mistakes with recipes/method aswell, as someone else mentioned.I unfortunately do not recommend this book to anyone with food sensitivities/intolerances.Yep, disappointing, especially as my first copy got lost in transit and I had to re-order and wait again.Not terrible but not the best.

A deep insight on Sattvic Food.
I got the book today. It is complex. There are recipies from all over India. Many ingrédients are not available in my country. With each recipy comes a chart shoping the exact amont of protéines, fats, calcium, Iron, fiber etc. . It is not so easy to find à certain recipy. All my admiration goes to Mrs. DR. Hansaji.J Yogendra.
