The bottle I purchased on Jan 23, 2019 came fully sealed on the outside. But the ingredients list eucalyptus oil, not peppermint oil as the product pictures say. HDPE #2 recyclable. I attached photos. It does have a strong scent from the neem but it wasn’t horrible to me. I actually bought this for my dog who chews his paws raw and he didn’t seem to be bothered by it at all (he actually licked it and kept trying to after I stopped him). I researched the ingredients online and from what I could find they were safe for dogs. I was washing his feet with it every night before bed and then covering with socks and I thought it seemed to help him with the itching, but I ended up switching to an unscented hypoallergenic castile soap after vet recommended to not use this because the bacteria that’s naturally on their feet can become resistant if he doesn’t actually have an infection, and they’re pretty sure his issue is either a food or environmental allergy (It’s been a 1.5 year ongoing battle with 4 different vets because nothing has worked so far). So I don’t have much experience with it long term but I was impressed with the ingredients and company and it didn’t cause any irritation to my dog!

I woke up a couple of weeks ago to swollen lymph nodes on the back of my head, very tender with pain if I touched them or turned my head the wrong way. Felt lousy too. After a few days I used my cell phone to take some pictures of the back of my head so I could see how bad it looked and noticed quite a bit of acne on my scalp. I should mention my scalp had been itchy for months.Was trying some home remedies such as eating raw garlic and ACV, those helped but didn't get rid of the swollen nodes. Finally found a website that stated these nodes drain the scalp, and figured I would try a shampoo for scalp/skin issues.After the first usage of this stuff I felt immediate relief! I double dosed that first time, leaving the shampoo on for almost a full 2 minutes each time. I use it once a day now, lather it on, count to 90 seconds then I add a little bit more, keep counting to 120 and rinse. After four days of using it my lymph nodes have very little swelling and aren't tender at all.Am thinking I can avoid the doctor visit now, love this shampoo (or soap, whatever it's called haha).

I have ordered the product multiple times in the past few years and really love this company, however, they recently changed the bottle design and it arrived open and with contents spilled over the inside of the package which was sent with other Amazon items from my order. In the past with the old bottle design it would arrive shrink-wrapped in plastic to protect against spillage.

I think the benefits might be overstated. After using it for two weeks, I can't say that I'm experiencing any of the expected results.At least it's made in the USA and the ingredients aren't over processed. Too bad it didn't work, especially considering how expensive it is.Also, don't get it in you eyes. It really stings. Heh.it's been while and decided to try this out again. I got a bottle that had some issues and contacted the company. They quickly sent out a replacement. So plus one star for excellent product support.

This body wash is great, smells good, vegan and organic! I use it on my body face and hair. I will get their regular “anti-hair loss “ shampoo instead but in the meanwhile I’ve been using this and it works great. However, I wouldn’t recommend it for hair because it leaves my hair feeling heavy, and it looks oily. I prefer their shampoo, which is great, helped my hair grow healthy and fixed the issue I had with hair-loss. I do like this as a face ad body wash for acne! It has helped me so far, thanks!!
