This product suggested by friend for joint pain, after using few days found it's heat causing item and got mouth ulcer, hence stopped using, I didn't about others

I ordered two packets. And I Dnt know may be they are mixing some kind of oil to make them shine. The weird oil smell was coming from those seeds. So I threw them out both the packets
