Been on this product for 2 months now and find found all capsules sticking together in the bottle taking me at least an hour to separate capsules.Why and if there is an easier way?

Smells absolutely horrific
The smell is so repulsive I’m not sure if that’s normal or not, the seal was also broken so I will not be taking it and Amazon refused to refund.

Mfg BodyBio refunded me after Prime delivered melted product and would take no responsibility.
I have received a refund after contacting the manufacturer rather than from the complaint below. The low star rating is for Amazon, not BodyBio. They were wonderful.COMPLAINT BEFORE MANUFACTURER INTERVENTIONI have ordered before and received viable product. This time, it appeared that the product had been placed on a heater. The plastic bottle was warped and the contents were melted into a solid brown mess. If I click the Replacement button on Prime, I am told that the product is not returnable. I seek a way to chat with Amazon, since this stuff is expensive. There is no way to chat with anyone. I seek to call Amazon. There is no number. I follow all the links to try to find satisfaction. All the promising links lead back to "not returnable." I am advised to talk to reseller. I can find no record of reseller on Amazon. So, I wrote an email to the manufacturer. They returned my email. They followed up. I still do not have a replacement nor a refund, but the manufacturer is certainly more concerned about my challenge than Prime is. They seem more interested in preventing me from contacting them.
