Just as great at the expensive ones
My kids ordered a 30 dollar file from the Gundam store. This file works just as great. Now they are both able to use one instead of trying to build and share a file

Good for Gundam Model kits and model kit like it. I got the SF-15 #12000 version of the file
It is good for removing the nubs but you still have be careful with it. Hard to get in small space and keep it in the case after done using. Sometimes hard to remove nubs in my opinion with this when holding at certain angles.

fantastic glass file
Works great for cleaning up nub-marks/gate-marks on plastic models. You'll need to clean out the plastic dust periodically... I use some mastic putty (Blu-Tack) to clean it out, works great.

Truly Exellent Glass File
I bought this glass file primarely to clean up plastic knobs from gundam model kits. I am happy to say that, it works like magic. In just a few passes, most knobs disappear leaving behind a smooth and somewhat shinny surface. The cutting power of this file is off the charts and its durability is nothing to scoff at. Since I got these, I have built over 10 model kits, and they are still going strong with no vissible damage.The only drawback of this file is that it gets caked up with plastic very quickly and you have to clean it often. As long as you keep a cloth or dry paper towel to clean it, you will be good to go.Honestly, at this price point, it feels like a steal for the value you get.

What is life as a hobbiest without you?
Loved it so much it killed me when I accidentally lost it. I literally spent the better part of a day looking for it. R.I.P., you will be missed. But for real, one of the best glass files I've seen on the cheaper end. 10/10, would nail- BUY! Would buy again.

Not bad but hardly exceptional
Like me, you may be looking at this in search of a cheaper alternative to the Gunprimer Raser. Stop. Get the Raser, it's not a lot of money and it'll last a really long time. It provides better results, is more comfortable to hold, and easier to clean. This glass file is not bad by any means, it WILL do what you want it to, but if you're already deep enough into this hobby to consider purchasing a specialized file, just get the one you really want as this holds no considerable advantages over its competition.

La recomiendo mucho ... ayuda mucho a quitar imperfecciones y ayuda a limar los puntos de unión muy bien con terminado brilloso, pero esto lo corriges con una lima de unas de doble acara de las que tienen el abrillantado, para limpiar esta lima usa una tela es mas rápido que usar agua

amazing tool! if you cannot afford the gunprimer raser glass file, i suggest you get this! definitely worth the money.
