I followed the instructions for the water test. After it failed, I contacted the service as instructed. I never got a response. I was afraid to put my phone in it while on vacation.

I like the first generation better. The latches on this one do seem stronger than on the first gen model, but the phone slides around in this case. In the first gen version the phone stays securely in position.

Just got it . Phone fits well and the shutter button works great. I'm using a galaxy s21. Going to use it in the ocean in a couple of days.Update ! I took it out in the ocean and it was amazing ! I was able to take photos and videos and even posted online while it was in the case. I would say it's definitely work the $45 .

So I ordered 2 of these and one came opened and missing pieces. Really makes me mad because we leave for vacation soon and it's not like they're cheap . No way we can return in time . But I will update product after I use only 1 lol ..

The fitting was a little tricky, item seem to be one returned. So not sure if other instructions were missing. Sliding stoppers are not secured, a small impact will move phone off the position and then you can't take pictures. But I placed a piece off cardboard to keep it in place and it worked great afterwards. If you don't mind using a little ingenuity, this is a great item.
