It does help me!!
I mainly used it for my acne. I use a topical cream but it seemed like the acne on my cheeks never would go away. I did some research and thought maybe it’s an internal problem I’m having. I take one in the morning, afternoon and evening. My face has cleared up a lot. I think it helped balance out my hormones. Definitely planning on buying more when I run out.

Really helps my eczema
My acupuncturist suggested this product for eczema around my eyes, mouth, arms and belly. It's made a remarkable difference that even topical prescriptions from the dermatologist and prednisone from my M.D. could not match. I've been taking 4 tablets every morning for the last 6 months, it's truly been a lifesaver.

Awesome product.
I would give this a 5 but some of the capsules were not full or totally empty. It was more than one and not only in one bottle but both I purchased.

Easy Herbal Remedy To Itch and Skin Eruptions
This has a blend of herbs that most westerners have never heard of but that is a staple of Chinese herbology. The 90 capsules provide a month and a half's supply.I haven't noticed any difference in sleep quality, but I'm familiar with most of the natural ingredients to combat itch and skin eruptions. The capsules are an easy way to incorporate this natural remedy. The price is quite reasonable, especially for a month and a half's supply.

Comprehensive Herbal Blend
This herbal skin health supplement contains a comprehensive blend of well known herbs. The bottle arrived nice and fresh and well sealed. The scent is strong herbal but not overpowering. The capsules are average size and easy to swallow. There is little flavor and some herbal tasting burps but it's subsides quickly. Overall, my skin and overall health is feeling good and I'm seeing improvements. Therefore, I think it's an effective product especially when taken for longer durations. The price is fair for what you get from a known and trusted company.

Eastern Shaman Herbs
When I was younger, my Grandma would bring me along with her to run errands. We would always stop by an Eastern herbal remedy store and I remember seeing most of the ingredients listed in this Chinese traditional herbal supplement. One thing I distinctly remember are so the health warning labels on various roots, barks, and the like ... I'm not a health regulator, but I'd say be careful with some of these herbs because they carry the same warnings as with sunlight on skin. Aside from my reservations regarding such supplements, I'm sure some people swear by them and to be honest, all of the old grandmas and aunties who have taken such supplements are 90+ years old in my family which is quite interesting. Anyways, it is good to see that there's a website, phone number, and location of origin on the bottle indicating Kaysville, Utah. The pills are quite large in my opinion.
