The bands have no real pressure or resistance and are not sharp. I see no value to this bands as the were provided. This bands easily extend to a size that would fit around one's quad, not one's wrist.

I've been rockclimbing and playing guitar for 40 years. These massage rings are a fantastically helpful tool for tight muscles, increasing circulation, recovery, and fixing repetitive stress injuries and tension. I do not leave them in a single location: I roll them back and forth and apply varying pressure from the outside. Incredibly helpful along with the smaller finger sized rings. Note that I've purchased the wrist rings several times; the diameter and gauge of the spring/wire is different. They are all great, but the heavier gauge is better for me as its more robust.

These are awesome for people who use their hands alot. I leave one on my wrists for several minutes to loosen my hands back up after work. Also great to roll up arm and leave over trigger points for a few minutes.

Absolutely amazing for rock climbing! When you are done with a wall and your arms feel numb these are wonderful!
