I gave it four star because it came with a smell but after I washed it with mild shampoo smell was gone. Overall the quality is awesome. Absolutely love the thickness and softness even my hairstyle wondered where I got the wig. No bleaching was needed! Little to none of plucking! We trimmed it just a tad bit.
