The way of narration is just awesome!! The characters and the incidents are live before our eyes. Enjoyed it thoroughly!

book 1 free and book2 priced
very interesting. amazon gave book 1 as free kindle book. But they are charging for book 2 and perhaps for book 3 also.. BY offering book 1 (kindle) free you made us a captive buyer.

Rather Flat
Reading this book was like reading documentary of sad fall of human liberty nothing rebelious or exciting. I read through entire book waiting for story to happen , about some brave characters who gave up everthing for their faith ... perhaps author should have spent more on building character and a realistic plot. Someone to remember book by like Daneel Olivaw or Cory Wilson or even Luke Skywalker .

Well crafted story
Enjoyable reading. Unlike many books there are few typos so reading is easy. Characters are developing and I look forward to the next book in the trilogy. I will be looking for more book by Mr. Christensen.

Excellent read
Pretty good story, lots of interesting tech and characters. Sad idea that in the end we might revert to same pointless behaviour's but the next books should reveal more

poor sci-fi
I'm an avid SF reader but this book just bored me and I don't understand all those positive reviews. I really tried to enjoy it though, but closed it for good at around 40% -- seeing it's only 250 pages long, that tells us something. It's awfully non original; the story has been seen again and again (a coming catastrophe forcing humanity go seek refuge in the stars), the characters are very flat and not developed at all, the writing is meh and the scientifc grounds are shaky. The author tries to depict an authoritarian world but alas that also is a fail as she doesn't take the time to set it up correctly (and how could she in merely 250 pages?). All in all, we're left with the impression that the writing was time bound and very rushed.

A Great Trilogy, well worth reading
I am writing this revue after having read all 3 books in the Exodus Trilogy which I thoroughly enjoyed. Although it is ostensibly a Space based story most of the action relates to human interaction and the first two books could have been on any planet of your choice. That said, the characters are well formed and the plot is well founded. Basically the trilogy tells the story of humanity's efforts to escape impending doom on earth in the shape of a large chunk of rock on a collision course. The trials and tribulations they go through to launch 'Ark' space ships and then on their new planet. It all makes for very interesting reading and aliens (in various and unexpected forms) do put in more than a few appearances in due course.I have enjoyed all of Andreas's books to date and this series has not disappointed in any way. Do make sure you read the books in the correct chronological order.
