After 1 week the key came loose from the keyholder & the key fell off and is now lost! How do you go about getting a new key? 😞

I’ll give it 3 stars for the concept but the product itself leaves a lot to be desired. First the packaging is not very pleasing aesthetically when giving this as a gift. I will have to find something else to bag/box this in to give it an ooomph. Second although the dimensions are shown above Im not very big on grabbing the tape measurer and measuring things out when looking for a gift. (That’s my bad.)But to me it looked like a dog tag, a dog tag on a ball chain. Which brings me to my final point the chain. It is not a ball chain it is in fact a link which can be seen if you look closely not to mention how thin it is! It’s made more for a woman than a man which is if I understand the concept correctly is who should be wearing it. I will still gift this since it’s a cool concept and it was only $15 but I don’t foresee my boyfriend wearing the tiny chain on the daily or me the bracelet for the matter like I had planned. I can see me wearing the bracelet and him keeping key in his watch box or something. I would say if you like the concept of giving your SO the key to your heart go for the bracelets. Although I haven’t purchased them I’m gonna give them the benefit of the doubt that they are better than this. (Pictures attached for clarity) I hope this helps someone whose on the fence.

So I’m not going to knock this product for the simple fact I didn’t read into the description very well and had thought the whole thing was a neckless . But the actual part that you lock , is a bracelet , and the key to unlock it is a neck less .I still rock it tho , and my kids like it . I was just looking for a locking chocked/neckless . But I def wear the key neckless everyday . So , all in all , awesome product . Happy I made the mistake but wish I could find what I was looking for also . HahaThe three stars for thickness , I gave because it is seemingly thin . I’m sure if I tried hard enough I could break it . Only other issue I have with it at times , is do not sleep with it on because when it slides further down , it will dig into your arm over night and there is no changing the size forIt .

I bought this for my fiance on our first anniversary because we have been gifting each other with necklaces since we met. But this one broke later that same day :( it was really dissapointing because it was supposed to signify like our love and since it fell apart well let's just hope we don't suffer this same date.
