I needed something to help me out in the personal care area (disabled individual), and this works for me at this time. Just of enough of a reach without being awkward, a couple handy heads to change in and out, and they do rinse cleanly after use (I just use clear water to rinse after each use.So far no problems noted with the power of the unit itself (elders don't need aggressive scrubbing, this is more mild for elderly skin and even kids skin tooFor the cost I paid on amazon special, it was worth the purchase.

This is a solid, high-quality spa wand at any price, but I can't believe how inexpensive it is. It feels good in your hand, it's really easy to change the heads, and the exfoliating one is gentle, but so effective — plus you can reach down your back with it! And the pouf lathers and cleans so well.You even get a strong S-hook to hang it in the shower. I have disabilities that make my hands weak, and this has been so useful in the short time I've had it, hanging right in front of my bath chair. If it gave out in a few months, I probably would buy another one.

I loved it while it worked but it stopped working soon after the refund window closed.
