Jarrow Formulas BeautySil Hair & Nails, 60 Count (Pack of 1)

I think this really works & I'm shocked. I've had hair troubles for the past 4-5 years. My hair was thinning terribly at my crown, especially at my forehead. I was seriously about to look into those hair topper things & spent a ton of money on Nioxin, Rogaine & Viviscal. About 4yrs ago I found that I'm hypothyroid & my endo & I have only recently found the "right" dosage for my Armour Thyroid medication. She also advised me that based on my RX my thyroid is probably completely non-functioning. Yipee! I also had her test my Ferritin as I've read that levels below 70 can make your hair fall. The lab claimed my Ferritin was within "normal" limits (21) but I knew this wasn't good enough & my endo agreed. She has been supervising my iron supplements & my Ferritin has gradually increased to 79. My hair is getting back to acceptable but it's still 45yr old hair. Looking back at pics from 5-10yrs ago bums me out. Enter this wonderful pill. I'll admit I'm also taking  Jarrow Formulas JarroSil, Beautifies Hair, Skin & Nails, 60 ml  once a day too. I've been using both for 2 months. Last week my 22yr old nephew looked at me & said "Your hair looks healthy". Now if you know 22yrs olds...they barely look up from their phone let alone pay a compliment like that. The other night I'd blown out my hair & my husband looked up from the TV and said "Hey your hair looks really good, like full or something". I don't think I need to say more....any woman that reads this should put this in her cart now & proceed to checkout. I've said more than enough but if I get my hair from 5-10yrs ago I'll be sure to update this review.

Just finished my first bottle and my nails are looking great. For the price and the quality it has been great. It's easy to swallow and doesn't have any significant taste.It has only been two months so I can't say what it has done for my hair but my roots are feeling strong and healthy.

My hair naturally grows VERY slowly. Like waiting-for-the-turtle-to-cross-the-street slow!! My nails have always been very thin and flimsy and hardly grow either. I have been taking this product for a few years now and just love the results I get! My nails are longer and stronger and actually look pretty. My hair now actually grows between haircuts. Like substantially. Please do not let this product disappear. I have tried others but this one has worked the best for me!

My mother uses these Jarrow Formulas BeautySil Hair & Nails tablets and she swears they work to help keep her nails and hair healthy. Of course, it requires that you continue to take them or the results will go away. She isn't a big fan of the tablets however.

The pain relief question is useless, as these are vitamins. They are easy to swallow, which I appreciate since so many “beauty” vitamins are like horse pills, but I don’t see any noticeable difference in the health of my hair or nails. I got this because I liked this brand’s silica drops which did make a noticeable difference. I had hoped this combination would be as effective but I may have to go back to taking my silica and biotin separately.

We decided to try something new. This product comes in purple very "easy to swallow" tablets. Very fast acting (super strong shiny nails within less than 9 days!!!). The silica works together with the biotin and the MSM. We love it. Greetings

I really like this supplement. I definitely noticed a difference in my skin (gave it a healthy glow) and it really seemed to help my hair grow faster than usual. Will continue to keep using.

I have been losing my hair with no underlying medical condition for a little over six months.
