You get what you pay for
This product is not the worst product you can get. It works but is poorly made the flap that lifts up and down broke my second or third client and bussed her in the head. Embarrassing and could have ended badly. They respond but respond quicker with a push from Amazon… they sent replacements which I’m like ok there not a bad company at least there making it righ.One of the replacements was cracked and waiting for response… hopefully they will and I will get a replacement for my replacement

Horrible
Please do not buy this product the lid is very cheap. It broke the second week I had it and getting the owners is not possible at all. I’ve reached out every way I knew how and still nothing 6 months later. Horrible I’m so hurt behind this

Broken out of box and low quality parts
The dryer was broken out of the box. One screw won’t go all the way in and a piece of plastic chipped from something. Unfortunately since I was sick with Covid I didn’t open up until right past the 30 days after I received the package. Seller/vendor won’t replace the part or the dryer, so I have to figure out an alternative to stop the dryer from falling since the bracket that holds the dryer drum is cracking more every day.I would not buy from this company again . The dryer itself is just all around low quality and it takes a very long time to dry a client.

UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
The Hood will not stay at the CHOSEN angle.For example When put at 45 degree angle it does not stay it keeps DROPPING down to a 90 Degree angle. Can’t not control the HOOD. And I Brought 2 of them. VERY ANNOYING.BOTH DOES THE DAME THING

Pieces broke off while drying
The media could not be loaded. The latch broke while the dryer was going. No one was under it just some hair on a table.These pieces popped out of it and now the latch won't stay shut. If the manufacturer replaces this then it could be five stars. Until I am updated by the seller, it's a 1 star because this latch is what keeps the heat circulating and it annoying flapping around especially since I just bought it and it's just got itprofessionally installed. I'm bummed!
