I have found this RO filter working continuously with no problem ar all. The quality in terms of TDS is quite acceptable and stable over time. The FC rating indicates the capaciry or the filtering rate, which a larger value provides a much faster filtering. The price is well worth the quality that one obtains. One drawback which one might attribute, is the great water amount of water consumption, which is actually the very princile on which an RO filter operates, and that quite justifies the high quality that one can obtain from a compact system. It is absolutely necessary to incorporate a course filter upstream, such as a Carbon Filter to enable the RO filter work at its best. Installed the membrane and water started leaking the next day. I had to revert back to my original membrane to stop leak. Both were exactly the same product, and I even tried both the 36 and 50 GPD version, but no avail. Interestingly enough my old membrane just won't leak at all. Anyone had any ideas?

Don't know if it's this RO membrane cartridge but since I installed it, my flow is much lower, most of the water seems to be going to the sewer drain branch. I've shut the system down and have a tech coming out to troubleshoot. My water bill went up 100% from $38 to $75!

Installation was easy and water tastes great. I would recommend this filter to anyone. Cheaper buying on-line than going to plumber.

I have ordered this product for the replacement of my filter. The order arrived on time and so far I have been using this and found no problems. It saved some money when ordered online. Only one thing I would expect the supplier/manufacturer to add is the installation procedure. Except for that I am happy with the rest.
