Looks exactly as pictured. As far as functionality, I'm a third year med student on my neuro rotation and I use this every day. Helps me elicit the brachioradialis reflex like a charm. It fits inside my white coat pocket, which is a huge plus. Definitely recommend

Love this reflex hammer. Good weight and rose gold is a bit more copper looking, but still a beautiful color. Definitely worth it. Plus, so many compliments from patients and colleagues. Very glad I purchased this.
