Perfect!! I use mine summer and winter!

We’ve been buying these for a couple years recently. It seems like they’ve changed the sensor and they’re very finicky. We spent the money because it used to last for years now you’re lucky if it works the next year save your money and get something less expensive

Just look at this stream rising up! Mine couldn’t start the cleaning mode and the customer support team answered in minutes! I would recommend to use in the max warm level for the best result. You do need to change a filter once a month or so and the water cube once a year. I got the drops for the water treatment, we’ll see how long will the filter serve then. Another best part is the look of it! It is the only humidifier that doesn’t look like a plastic garbage. I wake up refreshed. So happy with this purchase. On the top level it will run around 12 hours, you can’t hear it, doesn’t leak. Just get it!!!

I have purchased 3 of these over the past five years. Our hard water destroys them, it’s not a reflection on the device. It’s too expensive to fill with purchased water daily and we go through a tank a day to keep our rooms at 45%. This was the first with Bluetooth to an app. My only complaint is that sometimes those anti-calc cartridges are out of stock.

I have two of these. One works pretty well, the other not so much. After about 11 months, unit started making whirring and splashing noises. Shortly after that, it stopped making vapor. I had performed descale, filter changes, and cleaning regularly, and this last time, it seemed to help the vapor output, but it was still noisy. Within a week, it stopped making vapor again. I descaled and could not get vapor to restart. I have tried to contact Stadler USA for help by phone twice (got a voicemailbox) and by email on their portal twice. I think the product is still in warranty -- one year, or two years, depending on where you look). I have never heard back from them. I would not recommend this company or their products, since they seem to have no interest in supporting the products or even in responding to customers. I think it may be a good enough product, but for this price point they should have some kind of response to support requests. Ignoring customers with silence in not acceptable.

I bought one a few years ago and all of a sudden the mist stopped working. Hard to clean. I had to use bleach to clean all the mold it developed and the unit stop working. Very elegant on the outside but hard to get to inside.
