Works real good but a challenge to put in!

Inexpensive and easy to install

I bought these thermistors, they certainly "work" and all, but for those who need precision, they do not appear to be beta=3950 thermistors.I measure a beta of 4190.92KUsing the more accurate SHH equations i get:a= 3.266581910e-3b=-1.169595375e-4c=15.07163224e-7Hopefully if your using these thermistors these values might help you to get more accurate readings.I give four stars because the spec seems off.

My primo water cooler started freezing up and would no longer dispense cold water. After scouring the internet, I came across the solution to use these temperature sensors. It took about 10 min to fix (following the instructions on the YouTube video) but I was able to use this sensor to replace the faulty one. The cooler works great again!

The media could not be loaded. My Primo water dispenser kept freezing over and over, so I had to keep turning it off. Saw a video that this sensor might work to fix the issue. I replaced the sensor and it's been working perfectly fine for weeks. One thing I like to mention is that I first tought the sensor just sat outside the water reservoir where it had some thermal tape, but tank froze when I place it there inside the tape. I double checked why it froze and realized there is actually a hole where the sensor goes all the way in sideways, so I used pc thermal paste that I had around and placed the sensor in the hole and my water dispenser it's alive. The connector was just a little different, but I poked the connectors and came out easily and put them in the oem connector.

Fixed my water cooler that was freezing up...and I can fix it 4 more times for minimal $
