UPDATE 3/17/18Overall I am extremely happy with this company on how well they care for there customers, I ran into issues with the insurance company that I do not recommend at all and had to go through amazon to get answers and assistance for my chair.The company of the chair reached out to me instantly apologizes for the inconvenience and were able help me with my chair with the base. They even sent a replacement for the broken part of the chair. I am really happy with this company and glad I still kept my chair, I was not giving up just yet. Again if your a super fluffy dude try to get a wider seat from there company. But I slowly adjusted to the chair after the 2 months.If you guys have any issues with your chairs please feel free to contact them as they will try to work with you in anyway possible to help resolve any issues that you have with the chair.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------Fluffy Review I am about 5,7 height and about 350+ poundsPros:Nice lookingSome what comfortableNice head restWas able to hold my weight until it brokeYou can easily recline it that was the most comfortable part.Took about an good hour to setup all the tools where there, easy guide to follow along with pictures.The overall comfort of the seat was decent besides the sides of the chair pinching into your legs.Arm rest where pretty decent not so bad.Cons:2 wheels snapped off and broke in less then 2 months.If you have thick thighs do not get it. The width of the chair is like an airline seat very uncomfortable. Check the size of your chair width always!It will roll back but hard time rolling forwards.Overall if you are a fluffy person over like 250+ and a bit short do not buy it. Overall if you hate sitting on airline seat then your going to have issues with this chair.If you get the insurance good luck trying to file a claim online XD, it will just say error trying to file a claim please call. Also there phone lines are always busy.Update:The so the insurance company systems are broken so have to wait 1-2 days for them get it all fixed.They will not send you a replacement but instead they will send you a amazon gift card for the price of the chair so you can order it again. This is for anyone that was wondering how the insurance works.

I have had the chair for about 6 months now and I am glad I made this purchase. I recently moved for my job and I live by myself and spend almost all of my waking hours on my computer. So I was in desperate need of a chair that could support my long hours of gaming, movies, and other entertainment. I wanted a dxracer but those suckers are like $400 a pop so I went with this brand instead and I wasn't disappointed.I live in Minnesota so the shipping took about 2 weeks since it had to come a very large distance to get delivered. The box was rather large and cumbersome to carry up my several flights of stairs but that's only a temporary thing. Once opened, it was extremely easy to set up and I did not have any issues with it. It was sort of a pain to get the seat rest screwed into the back support since it seemed like the holes weren't properly placed, but with enough force and effort you could easily get it in no problem. Took me about 15-20 minutes to assemble.As for the quality, it's very comfortable. I wanted a cushion that was thick and would last a long time since every other office chair I had purchased or used, the cushion would sink in and I would be left with sitting on a piece of wood/metal. So far, the cushion has sunken in VERY slightly over the past 6 months making me assume that it will last me a long time. The arm rests are adjustable and easy to move around. Only wish there was a little bit of cushion on them, but that's very minor. I never sleep in the chair but it extends back almost 180 degrees so you can lay down on it if need be. I really like the 2 pillows that come with it since it forces me to sit straight up without having any slouch. If you are worried about getting back pain I would highly recommend using the back cushion so you are forced to have a good posture. But, both cushions are removable if that isn't your thing.Overall, I am very satisfied with this brand and I am glad I made the purchase. My only gripes were very small and don't detract my opinion of the product. I also got an email from a customer service representative a few weeks after it was delivered asking if I had any issues. I never responded since I haven't, but since they sent the email to begin with I'm going to assume that their customer service is at least above average since they are taking time the e-mail me personally. Worth the price if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to the very expensive gaming chairs.

La silla bien al principio, pero llegó con una caja toda rota, mal empacada, instrucciones no claras pero cumplía su función hasta después de 3 semanas de uso empezó a fallar desgraciadamente los fabricantes no se hicieron responsables y no hicieron válida la garantía hasta después de 5 semanas Amazon me reembolsó pero no antes de muchas llamadas y problemas. Acabo de adquirir una autofull y extremadamente superior en todos sentidos por el mismo precio.

Pensé que eran mejores materiales los del producto recibido.
