Medical ICE ID cards is great to carry around in your purse or wallet for emergencies. It is a hard plastic which prevents damages compared to paper print outs. Provide information on back for EMS, 911, etc to get in touch of your contact in case of emergency.

Card and key tag are both good quality. Note that you have to write with a certain type of Sharpie and write small. I like the fact that the emblem clearly calls attention to the fact that it is a medical alert.

Don't know what the other customer expected but it's exactly as shown and written, which is exactly what I needed so people don't call 911 when I have a nonepileptic seizure and instead dial my contact person. I'm glad I bought the 2 pack since I have different people driving me so I need to change the card depending on who it is. I will have to look into writing the contact person and phone number down with erasable marker instead. I bought a badge holder and lanyard and now where this around my neck whenever I go out and the smaller tag stays on my backpack.

Great deal - came with sharpie to write with, durable lamination and exactly what is needed for people with medical problems.

At first I was very disappointed with this product because the Sharpie ink will not dry on the slick surface of the card. The ink smeared and was not readable. Hard to believe this product could have such a fatal flaw. As it turns out, a Sharpie "pen" is NOT the same thing as a Sharpie "Permanent Marker"! Once I used a genuine Permanent Marker everything was great. Shame on Sharpie "pens".

Now i can cover up my important cards to protect them.
