I LOVEEE the backdrops. I have been waiting patiently for them and they finally arrived. I opened my package excited to get to work, only to find out I’m miss the 4PC brackets to connect the backdrop. I got the backdrops and the bag which is all good and all but with the brackets I won’t have the chance to get things up and running as I wanted to be. I have to get a replacement and wait again which is why I’m disappointed.

I love this tool in my UGC creations. So sturdy and the double sided boards make it so versatile. On the first package I received one of the boards had a small ripple in it so I reached out to customer service and the seller replaced the entire set in a couple of days. I highly recommend this backdrop box

I was so excited to receive this product, the quality, look and feel of the pieces are beautiful however I did not recieve the bag or brackets, so I will not be able to use this to its full ability. I was out town for a long period of time right after its arrival with no time to return it before I left and too late to return it when I returned. And the added frustration is it’s very heavy, so I didn’t want to have to return it, I just wanted to recieve the missing items. I wrote this in my return submission with pictures the day I received it but the only option I was given was to return and reorder. For which the product has been out of stock since then and now I am past the deadline to return. Very very disappointing 😿

I like the panels and think they will last and provide good background visuals. I do wish the connectors that hold the panels together were made of a metal instead of plastic. I imagine they will break or bend out of shape with use.

Love love love this backdrops. Easy to assemble and clean. The best part is that it comes with a bag. You can take it anywhere; no more excuses to create that amazing content.
