The flavor is delightful and I was surprised that, well I liked it. I am so very happy with the taste and how itkicks up the foods I add it too. This is a really good olive oil by taste and it's Greek cold pressed. Good price for this quality in this size container which is glass and has a great pore spout. You can taste the olive richness, slightly nutty, slightly bitter, and you get that little burn in the back of your throat that you expect with better quality evoo. It is also a Greek oil you can find locally in the states, rare.
