I really love this chair. It’s so comfortable and takes less space than my other one. It swivels rocks and reclines. And has massage and gear too

Chair has to many abrasions/rough spots on frame and since this was going in a nursery I’m returning. I do love the look and feel of fabric, heating and massage features also worked great and chair is comfortable. I had no problem reclining as pull handle on inside of chair seat worked fine. After sending an email for return I was send another chair which also had abrasions, rough spots on frame. Customer service was very easy to work with and responded quickly. We reached a monetary value and I did not return chairs. Both chairs arrived quickly.

I bought this chair in December of last year. You can feel the bar underneath the footrest and it is very uncomfortable. By the time spring came I was having trouble putting the footrest down. By November it was broke altogether. The company is well aware of the defects in its product and refuses to do anything about it. This chair cost too much money to break in less than a year. I would have been better off buying a chair from a local furniture store than from here. Do not waste your money.

The Pro: The reclining chair is pretty and has nice fabric. I Like the message with heating and that it swivels 360 degrees.The Cons: Is not very comfortable, it needs more padding and I don't recommend it for a tall person.Overall: For the price, you can't ask for more.

Vicluke support unresponsive, tried 2 times to email them with no response. Guess I will just have to live with the problem.

The chair squeals and screeches making a high-pitched noise. Customer Service was A+ on sending a new bottom of the chair to fix this issue. Unfortunately, the new bottom of the chair just made it not squeak for about 10 days and then it started up again. The massage on the chair is nice. The chair expands out well when the footrest is lifted and the top pushed back. The material is comfortable. This is not made for a tall or wider person.

We love the chair. We assembled it in no time.
