Selected bookmarks were not delivered
I have selected a bookmark with a very different and beautiful design but bookmarks with very simple design were delivered. Not acceptable!!

SNAPPED IN TWO AFTER ONE BOOK READ
The book mark snapped in two after finishing one book. Don't bother wasting youroney on this wafer thin piece of cheap wood.
