what type of plastic are these combs made of?

I bought them to use in OCC shoe boxes. They are actually pretty good. Nice and stiff not all flimsy.

If you click on the seller information you will see they are from China... So I assume that's where the combs are made.

I returned these combs because they were all the same small size. I thought there was an assortment of sizes. But, I do believe that they are made in China.

Are the combs smooth all the way around, or do they have burrs at the ends?
