Just Follow the recipe on the label. Doesn’t seem substantial enough when you look at the seasoning kit to think it would do the trick but the flavor turn out just right!

If you like to make poke, this mix is awesome! I also loved that you can get it at a decent price here rather than paying full price (which is expensive) at a seafood store.

But then I found this mix—and let me tell you, it was like a tiny packet of aloha arrived to rescue me.Snagged some quality tuna from H Mart, mixed this up, and boom—instant poke joy. It was so good my whole family devoured it, and for a brief, glorious moment, I forgot I was in a place where “raw fish” mostly just means grocery store sushi.The only downside (and reason I knocked a star off)? The price. Three packets for this much? Feels like I should be getting a lei and a beach vacation included. But when you’re poke-deprived in a landlocked state, you pay the price. And honestly? I’ll keep paying it, because this stuff slaps.

So ono. It's the limu that makes all the difference. Sliced white onions is all I add to the recipe on the package.

Perfect with tofu for a fast and easy snack. I'm transitioning to a plant based diet so this is another option. Good price as well. Cheaper than most stores here in Hawaii where it's made.
