Yes, it does stay on. Unless you wipe it off or lick it off it should not fade. The make up is really good too. You can swim in Mally's and it won't come off unless you rub it off. A light pat with a towel won't remove it but; it is good for long lasting coverage. Thank you for asking.

Hard to answer. Looks very rich deep cherry red when applied. Rubs off easily though.
