Found this spice mix years ago and absolutely loved it on beef especially steaks….the stores didn’t sell it anymore so you move on and try others… so I was disappointed with the seasonings I was using and remembered steak magic checked Amazon and there it was 🤗…a very unique flavor experience…..try it this spice mix is amazing

I was first introduced to this on a girls trip to Charleston, SC. We all went out for breakfast and I ordered a side dish of hash browns and loved the taste of them. So I bee lined to where the cooks were and asked them what spices they used to make the hash browns taste so good. They brought our this tub of seasoning and showed me. I have been hooked ever since.

Could not be more thrilled with this purchase. I’ve been using this blackened steak magic for years on chicken, haven’t been able to find it in any grocery store. Found this giant can of it on Amazon for a fraction of the cost, I usually pay about $5.50 for 1.8 oz. I was worried that what I was buying might be expired but it’s got an expiration date after 2027! I will split it up with my two kids. This is really the only blackened spice to get, I’ve tried a lot and they all fail.

This seasoning is fantastic if you like a Cajun feel to fish and chicken. I have used it for years, but my local grocery store never had it in stock. It is excellent on salmon. Give it a try and it won’t disappoint.

Delish with pan fried butter and cod. Gave a star off for so much salt added but I’m a salter and no high blood pressure. Will look for low salt in this spice going forward
