It’s a good product. I always buy this one.

Really helped with digestion. I made chia pudding with mixed berries. Drizzle of honey to finish. Top it with granola if you fancy a different texture. Great for breakfast.

Taste really fresh with a lot of seeds to last for ages. These feel and taste better than the ones I bought paying almost double the price last year. Great value for money.
